Cops: Milford Man Linked to 3 Fairfield Burglaries

A Milford man was arrested in connection to three Fairfield burglaries that occurred in February, police said. He turned himself into police Monday.

Frank Keller, 40, of Oronoque Road in Milford, was charged with three counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree larceny, and one count of sixth-degree larceny for his suspected involvement in burglaries on Fairfield Beach Road and Henderson Road.

According to initial reports, residents of one Fairfield Beach Home reported to police that two wallets and a bag were stolen from their kitchen on Feb. 20. Residents of a second Fairfield Beach Road home reported a Macbook laptop, iPod, and Herve Chaplier bag were stolen from their residence on Feb. 20.

A Henderson Road resident reported on Feb. 23 that $75 in cash was stolen from his home, police said.

The investigation of the burglaries lead police to Keller, who was held in lieu of a $99,000 and taken to court on Monday. According to court records, Keller awaits a pre-trial date of June 20.
