The manager at CVS told police he observed Monroe taking a DVD player out of its box, leave the box on the shelf and hand the player to Jacobs, who reportedly stowed it away in a canvas bag, according to the report.

Police found the DVD player in Jacob’s bag, department spokesperson Sgt. Sue Lussier said. The women were transported to headquarters and processed. Both posted $500 bonds and were issued a March 16 court date.
