Fairfield Man Charged With Burglary

Man allegedly climbed into neighbor's window and stole an iPhone.

A Fairfield man is facing burglary and larceny charges after allegedly climbing into a home and stealing a cell phone. 

Brian Stillman, 35, of Fairfield, was charged with first-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny on September 11 at approximately 6:26 p.m.

According to police, Stillman entered his neighbor’s home on Szost Drive in Fairfield through and unlocked first-floor window and stole an Apple iPhone 4.

Police tracked the stolen iPhone to Stillman’s home, and while interviewing him observed the phone. Officers also found a patio chair and a pair of sandals that were believed to belong to Stillman underneath the neighbor’s window.

Stillman was held on $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on September 17.
