Fairfield Man Arrested on Larceny, Six Other Charges

A Fairfield man was arrested for allegedly shoplifting from RiteAid in late March and also arrested for six warrants for failure to appear in court, police said. All warrants were served Monday evening by the Fairfield Police Department.

James Kosch, 26, of Linwood Avenue was charged sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit the crime for allegedly swiping $127 worth of Gillette Fusion men’s razor cartridges from the Post Road drugstore, according to the police report.

He was also charged with six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court for other crimes he had been charged with, including possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, department spokesperson Sgt. Sue Lussier said.

He is scheduled to face these charges in court on May 29.
