Fairfield Man Upset With Loud Party Faces Threatening Charges
Stephen Rose allegedly threatened homeowner, guests in dispute over early-morning party.
Fairfield's Stephen Rose, 49, faces multiple charges after allegedly getting into a fight with a neighbor over a loud party, according to the Fairfield Citizen.
Rose, of Sturges Highway, was angered by the loud party early Sunday morning and allegedly got into a physical dispute with the homeowner, police told the Fairfield Citizen.
Rose was arrested by the Westport Police, which was dispatched to the area along with Fairfield Police around 3 a.m., and charged with threatening, fourth-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on July 16.
