Fairfield Police Offering Reward in Bank Robbery Case

A cash reward will be given for information that leads to an arrest in October bank robbery.

Police are offering a cash reward up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest in a October bank robbery at TD Bank on Post Road in Fairfield. 

According to police, two men entered the rear doors of TD Bank, 1643 Post Road, Fairfield, at approximately 8:43 a.m. on Oct. 25 and approached a teller. One man jumped over the counter, displayed a silver handgun and demanded money, the other stayed in the customer area.

The suspects are described as black males wearing all black clothing, gloves and ski masks. They fled the bank through the rear door on foot. It is unknown if a vehicle was used in the robbery, according to police.
