According to police, at around 8 a.m. this morning, Anthony DeMartino, 56, was sleeping and his son tried to wake him. Noticing that the boy was unsuccessful, DeMartino’s wife then tried to wake him. He became irate and began yelling and screaming face-to-face at the boy and his wife. When officers arrived on the scene, DeMartino was still yelling at them and then screamed at his wife, “You’re going to die!” Police arrested DeMartino, charging him with second-degree threatening and breach of peace and transported him to headquarters. He was unable to make a $250 bond and taken directly to court for arraignment.
