A Bridgeport man was arrested Friday for allegedly masturbating in a department store in Fairfield -- and it wasn't the first time he's been charged with such an offense.

A woman shopping at T.J. Maxx told a store employee that a man had brushed up against her back. When she turned around, the report states, the man was masturbating.

The complainant ran to the front of the store to alert employees, who called police. The suspect -- identified as Jean Yves Leconte, 25, of Colorado Avenue -- reportedly told police he had gone inside the store to use the bathroom.

Leconte was charged with breach of peace, public indecency, obscenity, and fourth-degree sexual assault.

He was arrested in 2010 for allegedly masturbating on women at Kohl's and Marshall's. According to the Fairfield Citizen, Leconte was granted psychiatric accelerated rehabilitation in 2011 – he had to undergo outpatient mental health treatment and was told to not take Viagra.

Leconte was held on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 9.
