An employee of Eliminate'Em Pest Control in Southport was charged with sixth-degree larceny last week after her allegedly pocketed payments from customers, police said.

According to the police report, Jewol Warkoski, 35, of New Britain, had made stops during the course of his five-year employment at various locations but did not produce tickets for those stops. He also allegedly asked customers to write checks in his name and cashed them, instead of submitting them to Eliminate'Em Pest Control, police said.
