Police: Fairfield Man Pushed Family Member, Hit Child With Phone
Sean Massey, 41, of Fairfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with emergency calls on Jan. 26 at approximately 1 a.m.
According to police, Massey pushed a family member and smashed their cell phone while they attempted to call police, during a physical altercation at a residence on Davis Road in Fairfield.
Two children, ages eight and five, were present at the time of the altercation and the cell phone that was thrown struck one of the children, according to police.

Massey was released on a written promise to appear and must abide by a protective order. He was scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 27.
