Police: Fairfield Man Violated Protective Order

Officers received a report of a suspicious car at Nutmeg Bowl.

Mohamed Moussa, 24, of Fairfield, was charged with violation of a protective order on Oct. 4 at approximately 5 p.m.

According to police, officers received a report of a suspicious car near the loading dock of Nutmeg Bowl, 802 Villa Ave., Fairfield. Upon arrival they found Moussa in the vehicle with a woman he was not supposed to have contact with due to a protective order.

Moussa was released on a written promise to appear and was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 7.
