Police: Juvenile Had Pot at Fairfield-Ludlowe

Male student caught by school dean smelling like marijuana with red, bloodshot eyes.

A Fairfield-Ludlowe High School student was charged with possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana on Oct. 15 at approximately 10:31 a.m.

According to police, a school dean observed a juvenile male letting students in a side door they did not have access to. When confronted the boy smelled like marijuana and had bloodshot eyes. He later turned over three grams of marijuana to school administration, according to police. 

The student was issued a juvenile summons and is schedule to appear in court on Oct. 28.
