Fairfield police are on the lookout for two men suspected of stealing from lockers at the Edge Fitness Club on Kings Highway Cutoff.
An Edge member reported to police on Monday that his iPhone 5 and car keys had been stolen from his locker, which he had secured with a lock prior to his workout, police said.
According to an Edge employee, members noticed that a black male and a Hispanic male had come to the Edge on Sunday and again Monday and had been looking around the gym and in the locker room. An employee said that one of the men had asked for a Day Pass on Monday, and when asked to provide identification, he reportedly used an ID that had been stolen from a locker, according to the report.
The men left the gym in a gold Chevy Suburban with New Jersey plates. Anyone with information should call the Police Department at 203-254-4800.
