Baltazar Feliciano, 30, of Bridgeport, was charged with the following on Nov. 17 at approximately 1:20 a.m.:
- Possession of a controlled substance
- Illegal distribution/sale of prescriptions
- Failure to keep drugs in original container
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Operating an unregistered vehicle
- Misuse of plates
- Failure to have insurance
According to police, Baltazar was observed on Post Road operating a green Chevy Lumina with incorrect plates. Officers found marijuana, several bottles of synthetic anabolic steroids, prescription drugs, a metal pipe and unopened syringes in Baltazar’s vehicle.
Baltazar was released on a written promise to appear in and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 25.
