Three Connecticut women were arrested and charged with prostitution on Wednesday as the result of an investigation by the Fairfield Police Detective Bureau into Deidra's Health Salon at 699 Post Road, according to a release sent by the department.
The investigation, which was initiated in 2011, revealed that the business, which has been open since the 1970s, has been offering illegal sexual services to clients, according to police. Undercover officers posing as customers seeking massages were sent into Deidra's on numerous occasions, police said, and each visit confirmed that the illegal sexual activity was taking place at the salon. The department also received numerous anonymous tips that prostitution was taking place at the salon, according to police.
The Detective Bureau executed search and seizure warrants at the salon on Feb. 7 and at the residence of one of the co-owners, who lives in Bridgeport. Officers were able to seize business records, $16,000 in cash and equipment used at the salon as result of the two raids, according to police.
The department obtained five arrest warrants in all—three for employees of the salon and two for the co-owners. According to Lt. Michael Gagner, warrants are expected to be issued to the co-owners on Friday.
The employees arrested and charged on Wednesday are Kimberly Arciuolo, 34, of John St, New Haven, Sacha Burton, 32, of Hawley Ave., Bridgeport, and Susan M. Cecere, 56, of Bruce Street, Shelton.
According to police, one of the co-owners of Deidra's had business ties to the former Paradise Spa in Fairfield and Tokyo Health Spa in Bridgeport—both of which were shut down for numerous violations.

NATIONAL HARBOR, Md.—Republicans have a perception problem, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush told conservative activists during a dinner here Friday, one that future candidates must work to combat if they ever hope to win elections. "All too often we're associated with being anti-everything. Way too many people believe Republicans are anti-immigrant, anti-woman, anti-science, anti-gay, anti-worker and the list goes on and on and on. Many voters are simply unwilling to choose our candidates even though they share our core beliefs because those voters feel unloved, unwanted and unwelcome in our party," Bush said. facts are facts....
Democrats are better at lying and hiding what they truly believe Democrats punish anyone who goes off their talking points- can't think for themselves
Your words only matter to those who cannot say for certain that their parents didn't wait until their Honeymoon Night to...you know...seal the deal. If your folks waited until they were married and legit before they got naked, then ignore Kevin. Simple. If, however, your mother was giving your father an early Christmas present (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) then I reckon you would be offended at his words. Or at any insinuation that any female in your families might drop their self-esteem for some baubles and dinner. The reactions Kevin is getting form his comments is the interesting part here. For indeed, guilty dog barks first, yes?
Indeed, Kevin's comments are ignorant, I agree. But the reactions from other commenters here on Patch only serve to give him a spotlight. Besides, like I said, unless there is some truth to his words, people would simply read them and walk away. It's all perspective, really. Kevin's comments mean not a thing to me, do not apply to the women in my life, and hold no water. *shrugs* So I let them go and continue on my way. Is Kevin ignorant? I don't know him personally, but based on the comments he has made, I would lean towards a Yes. However, ignorance, rudeness, and troll-like words are Free Speech still.
