Rudi Linares, of Norwalk, was charged with DUI, driving without a license and failure to stop at a stop sign on Nov. 9 at approximately 11:36 p.m.
According to police, Linares was driving down the I-95 exit 25 northbound off ramp in Fairfield when he failed to stop at a stop sign and struck another vehicle, causing minor injuries and major damage to both vehicles.
Linares was released on $200 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 19.
