Fallen Area Firefighters Remembered in 27th Annual Mass at St. Anthony's Church
Local videographer Stephen Krauchick attended Tuesday night's 27th annual Bridgeport Area Retired Firefighters Memorial Mass at St. Anthony's Church on South Pine Creek Road in Fairfield.
The Mass honors area firefighters who died in the line of service and all those who died in the past year.
"We are a family, not related by blood or marriage, but by honor, duty, sacrifice and tradition," Fairfield Fire Chief Richard Felner said during the service.
