A Windermere Street resident reported his home was burgled on Thursday, police said.
He came home to find the front door was ajar and the house ransacked, according to the report. Police officers determined a broken window in the basement as the point of entry.

Drawers and closets throughout the home were left open and a spare set of keys to the resident’s car were missing, police said.
Also stolen were two iPods totaling $300 and a $300 iPod docking system, according to the report.
