Windows Smashed on Cars Parked at Fairfield Cinemas

Items were stolen from two of the three vehicles involved. The incidents were reported on Friday, April 19, 2013.

Windows were smashed on three cars parked at Fairfield Cinemas on Friday, police said.  

The left front window of one vehicle was smashed sometime between 3 p.m. and 4:54 p.m., according to the police report. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle.  

A window was smashed sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 6:17 p.m. on another vehicle, police said. A North Face backpack valued at $80 and a MacBook Pro valued at $1,200 were stolen.  

The passenger side window of a third vehicle was smashed sometime Friday evening. Stolen were a black briefcase valued at $250, a Dell laptop valued at $2,000, an iPod Nano valued at $200, and a checkbook/appointment book valued at $50.
