Woman Charged with Shoplifting from Kohl's

The alleged theft occurred Wednesday, police said.

A Fairfield woman was charged Wednesday with shoplifting nearly $100 worth of items from Kohl's Department Store, police said.

Kohl's loss prevention employees reportedly observed Kimberly Piagentini, 39, of Woodridge Avenue, conceal $99.97 worth of merchandise on her person and in her purse, according to the report.

Piagentini was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 7.
