Citizens United Petition Drop Off

We will be dropping off 215 petitions from the 4th congressional district to Congressman Jim Himes to encourage his support for a constitutional amendment overturning the Supreme Court decision Citizens United. The decisions allows wealthy individuals to big corporations to spend unlimited amounts of money on elections-in secret and without accountability-so that politicians answer to them instead of voters.
