Fairfield Health Department Seasonal Flu Vaccine Clinics

Seasonal Flu Vaccine for those ages 4 and up is available  every Wednesday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm  by appointment, 203-256-3150, through December 29, 2010. Pneumonia vaccine will also be available by appointment ( 203-256-3150). Insurance accepted includes Medicare Part B, Healthnet Medicare and Anthem ID#'s that begin with "XG". Without this insurance, the cost of the flu shot is $25 and the pneumonia shot is $45.
