Health Department Offers Flu Vaccine Clinics

The will hold flu vaccination clinics for seasonal influenza for those ages 4 years and older from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. next Wednesday and 10 to 4 Thursday, Sept. 29 and 30, at the , located at 100 Mona Terrace. No appointment is necessary.

Medicare part B, Healthnet Medicare programs and Anthem ID numbers that begin with "XG" will be accepted to cover the flu shots. Without this insurance, the cost of the flu shot is $25. The flu vaccination is available by injection only this year; no nasal spray version is available.
