Heather Dean is my choice for the 134th District for many reasons. I will give just a few that are very important in the person who will represent us in Hartford.
Heather has a vision. She is great at community building and outreach. She makes all feel welcome and valued so they join and contribute to the cause at hand. She realizes that starting a new project can take time, but her encouragement, warmth and “can-do” attitude has proven successful.
As a member of the RTM, Heather has worked tirelessly to help her constituents. She responded right away when, as the then President of the Friends of the Fairfield Public Library, I brought up the issue of budget cuts and their devastating impact on the Library.
I urge all to come out and vote for Heather Dean on November 6, 2012.
