Registered Republicans in Fairfield will have the chance next week to vote on nominees to populate the ballots for November's municipal elections.
The GOP's town-wide caucus is set for Tuesday, July 23, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the lecture hall at Fairfield Ludlowe High School.
There is a contested race for the Republican nomination for each of the following offices -- candidates will be decided at the caucus:

- Board of Finance (two to be elected at caucus): Mary LeClerc, Robert Bellitto, Brendan Miles, and David Becker;
- Board of Education (two to be elected at caucus): Pamela Iacono, Dorene Herron, Eileen Liu-McCormack, and John Llewellyn;
- Representative Town Meeting, District 1: Michael Herley, Eric Sundman, Gaylord Meyer, Jay Lipp, John Donovan, Frank Greco.
