This list makes anyone with any common economic sense want to move. Guarantees of salary increases, no matter what. Guarantees of benefits, no matter what. Was a time when the salaries were low and those job guarantees, the security that came with the job was enough to attract people. But like everything, people started to figure out that they could 'legally' game the system for their benefit . Problem is that people labor unions, got unfettered protection under the law. When they didn't have the protection, they used their 'collective' political muscle and got it from Liberal State Senators and Reps through laws passed. State Department of Labor in effect legally Socialized our government system. Left Wing political strategies, learned and honed by the radical thinkers from our worst group, the 60's Baby Boomers, transformed our educational system to do their political bidding. The deck is stacked against anyone who challenges the Liberal's strangle hold on our government system in this state. The local school districts, their administrators and unions have all made sure that you, the public, will be made to pay until you can't pay anymore, regardless of the quality of the finished product. Very few checks and no attempt to reign in costs. They all meet ( the meetings are paid for by we tax payers) and figure out how to manage the public. They are all coached at the State level, which gets it's orders from the Federal Government . A lot bigger than most think. U.S.S.A.
