Real Estate Rebound? Home Sales Soar in January

The Fairfield market is off to a hot start in 2014 as the number of home sales is well above what the town saw in January of 2013.

As the first month of 2014 comes to a close, it appears there's good news on the local real estate front.

In Fairfield, the number of home sales so far in January is well above what was recorded during the same month last year. As of 3 p.m. on Thursday, 65 homes have been sold in January — that's in comparison to 39 last year.
