Curb Appeal Part II ~ The Front Door

Curb Appeal Part II ~ The Front Door

Curb Appeal ~ Make The Connection

So many factors go into selling a home, and although curb appeal probably seems like a small part of the house buying process, the buyer must make an emotional connection, and that begins with it’s curb appeal.  In my initial post on curb appeal here I write about the dreaded drive-by.  In part 2 we zero in on the front door.  Make it shine!  Easy to do with a little paint and a couple of potted plants. The front doors below are great examples of how, with very little time and money, a seller will get those buyers to make that connection!

I've been looking at different places trying to find what things to look for in buying a new home, and never knew that there was so much to it. I looked at this one home where the front door needed some work, and I tried finding a place that could replace it. www.canadiancomfort.com was a lot of help in knowing what to do with my front door, but maybe I should look for a home with a nice door on it already. Anyways, I appreciate you posting this! I found it very helpful.
