Curb Appeal Part II ~ The Front Door

Curb Appeal Part II ~ The Front Door

Curb Appeal ~ Make The Connection

So many factors go into selling a home, and although curb appeal probably seems like a small part of the house buying process, the buyer must make an emotional connection, and that begins with it’s curb appeal.  In my initial post on curb appeal here I write about the dreaded drive-by.  In part 2 we zero in on the front door.  Make it shine!  Easy to do with a little paint and a couple of potted plants. The front doors below are great examples of how, with very little time and money, a seller will get those buyers to make that connection!
