Highlights:

The average list price and sale price were down in Fairfield through February 2012 compared to the same time period in 2011. The number of homes sold was also down while the number of homes listed was up significantly! Currently, there are 476 homes on the market in Fairfield.  Please keep in mind that the data are representative of a very short time period and, to a large extent, activity from this past fall.
