Fairfield Real Estate Weekly Snapshot

This weekend was cold and snowy, so we stayed in and got cozy in front of the fire and fired up the Netflix.  How about you?  Have you heard the real estate buzz all over the press lately?  Homes prices are going up, buyer confidence is going up and rates are staying low.  Yay!

7 homes went on the market last week, 7 went under contract and 7 closed…lucky number 7!
