Fairfield Real Estate Market Snapshot

This week we had 4 homes new to the market, 10 went under contract and 14 homes sold.  I hope you have plans to be with family and friends over this coming holiday week. I am looking forward to family time, good food and watching movies in front the fire. Sounds like the perfect way to spend Christmas to me!  Merry Christmas to you all.
