Fairfield CT Weekly Real Estate Report

16 new homes went on the market this week, 6 went under contract and 5 homes closed.  There are so many buyers currently ready, willing and able to buy a home in Fairfield.  Inventory is low, so why not get in the spring market (yes, this is the beginning of the spring market) and get your property seen and sold!
