Fairfield Weekly Real Estate Snapshot

My husband and I spent last weekend in California seeing our daughter’s new apartment and town.  It was a wonderful four days exploring her new world.  In my world there was a lot of real estate activity, with 43 new listings, 17 homes went under contract and 10 homes sold.  Spring has definitely sprung!
