Fairfield, CT Weekly Real Estate Snapshot

 

We had another robust week in real estate with 22 homes newly listed, 8 homes went under contract and 13 homes closed.  The positive buzz in the media in the last few weeks on the rebounding real estate market is getting those sellers off the fence and listing their homes and the buyers out there purchasing them!  Call me if you are ready to list your home, I would love to help you.
