Here's What Happened in Fairfield Real Estate ~ 2/10/13 – 2/16/13

Fairfield, CT  Weekly Snapshot ~ 2/10/13 – 2/16/13

I have been busy this weekend with clients moving to Fairfield from another city.  We saw eight great homes on Saturday and several more on Sunday.  My favorite part of my job is showing people how wonderful Fairfield is.  Even with mounds of snow and limited sunshine, Fairfield is a gem.  The beaches are beautiful, our library is state of the art, we have restaurants better than most, and our schools are rated as some of the best on the east coast.

Real Estate was forced to slow down due to “Nemo” , and my weekly report reflects that with 10 new listings, 11 homes went under contract and 4 homes closed.  We continue to need more homes to sell!   Call me to discuss listing your home for sale.
