Here’s What Happened in Fairfield Real Estate ~ 2/17/13 – 2/23/13

I came across this saying over the weekend and I was struck by the honesty of it.  Hard work pays off.  In real estate you work weekends, nights, birthdays and holidays.  It’s the nature of the beast, but when the deal comes together it’s a beautiful thing.  I have had several deals come together these last few weeks and my hard work is paying off.  There were a lot of stairs.

Fairfield, CT ~ Weekly Snapshot

30 new homes came on the market this week, 9 homes went under contract and 5 homes sold.  That is quite a difference over the last few weeks.  Sellers are hearing our call, buyers need houses!  The market is red-hot and homes priced correctly are receiving multiple offers. Now is the time to sell your home.
