Here's What Happened in Fairfield Real Estate this Week ~ 7/8/12-7/14/12

I flew to Miami this weekend to see one of my daughters.  Surprise...it was hot!  But not as hot as it will be in Fairfield this week with another expected heat wave. Who knew you could go to Florida in July to cool off??? It was a typical summer week in real estate with 2 homes going under contract and 5 homes that closed.  Stay cool.
