Well the town continues to recover from Sandy, and many are getting back into their homes down by the beach.  I personally will have lots to be thankful for this week, including having all my children in the house!  This week we had 13 homes newly listed, 11 went under contract and 16 homes closed. This week also kicks off the transformation of The Burr Homestead in town as it readies for The Fairfield Christmas Tree Festival which gets under way the following week on Nov. 29th.  I’ll be posting photos and behind the scenes room transformations.  Check back often!
