This weekend got crazy cold by Sunday, like January cold. We’ve gone thru a lot of wood already and it’s not even December.
Things tend to slow down Thanksgiving week and as a result, Fairfield only had 7 new listings. However, it appears buyers are still active with 13 homes that bindered and another 16 that closed.
