This was the view of Southport Harbor on Thursday tour day. Those are birds sleeping on the ice! It’s been a snowy, chilly winter so far, but real estate is heating up! 26 new listings came on the market, including my new listing at 500 Kings Highway (more later), 11 homes bindered and 6 homes closed.
