Fairfield Weekly Real Estate Snapshot

The Fairfield Christmas Tree Festival was a huge success and I wanted to thank all of you who came out to support us!  We made a lot of money for The Kennedy Center’s new Art Co-op!  Thank you, Thank you!

8 new homes came on the market and 11 homes went under contract and 13 homes closed.  I have a new listing coming on today too!  More on that later.
