Wow! 36 new homes came on the market this past week in Fairfield. I’d say Spring Market has officially kicked off the season. It’s amazing what a week without snow can bring. 10 homes took binders and 6 homes sold. Now is a great time to get your home on the market. We have had record attendance at our open houses, even with the awful weather we have had lately. The buyers are out there, ready, willing and able.
