Fairfield CT Weekly Real Estate Snapshot

I hope all you fathers out there had a wonderful Fathers Day.  We had a beautiful weekend weather wise, perfect for the beach and BBQs with the family.  39 homes came on the market, including 2 of my own listings (more on that in another post), 22 homes went under contract, and 8 homes closed.
