Fairfield Weekly Real Estate Snapshot

Real estate continues to be on FIRE in Fairfield again this week.  40 new homes came on the market, 25 homes took binders (buyers are everywhere) and 17 homes sold, including my listing in Southport!  Interest rates will never be this low again according to the experts, so what are you waiting for?
