Fairfield Weekly Real Estate Snapshot
Happy fall!!! It is always a good weekend when I can work a little and play a little, and this was one of those weekends. On Saturday I walked through Terrain in Westport with a girlfriend and then had a delicious lunch there. What a beautiful store! Expensive, but so inspirational. They are decked out for the fall in a big way, and the vignettes thru-out the store are gorgeous!
Real Estate in Fairfield continues to be very active! I can attest to that personally — I had a sale on Southport Harbor and took a beach front listing this week (more on that this week, but it is off the charts beautiful!!!). 32 homes newly listed, 18 homes took a binder, 12 homes sold. Fairfield Connecticut is the most beautiful town in the fall, don’t you think?
