Why I Love Fairfield ~ The Dogwood Festival! MAY 2, 2013 BY RENEE DALEY LEAVE A COMMENT (EDIT) 78th Annual Dogwood Festival ~ Fairfield, CT The Dogwood Festival is this weekend May 4 and 5! Usually it’s on Mother’s Day, but last year the Dogwood Trees didn’t cooperate, so this year it’s a little bit early, and all the worker bee mommas can be with their families on Mother’s Day! Al Filippone Associates is sponsoring The Dogwood Dash Saturday morning at 8:30am. Come enjoy the festivities and come by the Al Filippone tent. We will be there all day giving out goodies!
