Bank to Hold Seminar on Understanding and Improving Credit Scores

In an ongoing effort to provide educational value to the community, The Bank of Fairfield is hosting a seminar entitled, "Understanding and Improving your Credit Scores" at the Fairfield Library at 1080 Old Post Road in Fairfield from noon to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 14th.  The seminar is free and open to the public and a light lunch will be served.

The panel of experts will include credit specialist Joseph Strilbyckij, of Avantus, a mortgage credit reporting company, Bank of Fairfield Residential Sales Manager Mike Pida and Business Development Head Robert Hojnacki. Notes Hojnacki, "In today's economy, consumers need all the information they can get to help them get the credit they need.  When you're applying for credit – whether it's a credit card, a car loan, a personal loan or a mortgage, lenders want to know your credit risk level.  The better your credit score, the greater the number of financial options you will have."

To RSVP to the event or for more information, interested parties are asked to contact Barbara DeMarkey at The Bank of Fairfield at (203) 659-7600.
