This class is for a game group of cheese & wine lovers who are ready to get down to some serious tasting. In this class, we will pair six cheeses with four wines and rate the pairings on a score sheet. Get ready for some lively discussion about what works and what doesn’t as we discuss the basics of pairing cheese with wine . $50.00

We’re back from the 2011 Vermont Cheesemaker’s Festival and we’ve got the goods! This class will focus on the amazing cheeses of Vermont and also Vermont’s place in the artisanal cheese movement. Join us for an evening of tasting some of the best Vermont has to offer.
