College Admissions: A Workshop for Students and Parents, Grades 9 -11

Topics covered include: Creating your four year high school plan; understanding and improving your academic profile;  developing an appropriate list of colleges; athletics and other talents in the  admissions process; making the most of campus visits and interviews; creating an effective admissions application; “inside the admissions office”; approaching the college essay; recent trends in admissions; understanding aid and scholarships, and more.
