Exercise? It might be the best medicine

It is a well-established fact that exercise helps you stay healthy and can even help with disease prevention, but what if you or someone you love already has a chronic or acute medical issue?  The Fairfield Public Library, 1080 Old Post Road, will host a discussion on this topic on Wednesday, November 2.  The program will be held in the Rotary Room at 12 noon and at 7 p.m.

Join Linda Gottlieb, Master Fitness Coach, author and Cancer Exercise Trainer on staff at Yale University to learn about the perspective of exercise as medicine and discuss how you might benefit from moving your body from disease, diagnosis, treatment and beyond.

All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free.  Please register by going online www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org or call 203-256-3160.  Follow the Library on Twitter: www.twitter.com/fairfieldpublib and Facebook:  www.facebook.com/fairfieldlibrary.
